Fenway Park multiple times, and caught the Red Sox in Fort Meyers once when Pedro Martinez started the game and Dennis Eckersley finished it.
I was in the Astrodome once, but it was for a trade show.
And one beautiful afternoon when I was a little kid I saw Duke Snyder, Pee Wee Reese and the Dodgers play Stan Musial and the Cards at Ebbets Field.
The date was July 17, 1990. The reason I know the date is it's the only time two triple plays have ever been turned in the same game. And I was eating seafood somewhere on the Massachusetts coast.
Some of the ballparks have changed since I've been there, but here's the list in chronological order:
1. Royals. First game I ever saw in 1977 with my Grandad. Nolan Ryan beat the Royals. George Brett hit one high off the wall for a double. Bobby Bonds (Barry's Dad) went deep. Obviously a memorable game to this day!
2. Oakland A's
3. Angels
4. Red Sox
5. Rockies
6. Padres
7. Cardinals
8. Yankees
9. Many D-Backs games including game 7 of the 01 Series...the highlight of my sports viewing life!
Mrs. Pawncop and I (mostly me) have a goal to visit every Major League Baseball park
So far
The Ballpark in Arlington, the old Ranger stadium
Minute Maid in Houston, the Astrodome
Wrigley and Cellular in Chicago
Tropicana and Miami in Florida
Turner in Atlanta
Coors in Denver
Kaufman in KC
The newest Busch in St. Louis
Still have a way to go but the joy is in the quest.
