Do you guys have ovens in Sweden? Only kidding:)

Preheat your oven to 450F/232.22C
Just place them raw on the rack, don't wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, flip over and bake another 30 minutes.
Can you email me a order of swedish meatballs, and a couple of those beautiful women.

If on the grill just wrap them in aluminum foil and pock them once in awhile, once the inside is soft they should be ready.

I slice 'em thin on my mandolin slicer and deep fry them, sprinkle with salt when done, and dip 'em in blue cheese dressing.....

If you are gonna bake 'em, you outta have plenty of butter and brown sugar available....gives 'em a richer taste, but about ruins you for any desert you might plan

sweet potatoes are a flavor delight without additional enhancers IMHO

although very lightly salted oven baked thin chips are a bit of heaven to my own tastes

and I'll add butter or sour cream to a baked whole one;

I use them in a dutch oven veggie pot without adding anything other than garden veggies, and the results is outstanding.

Having injected insulin for so many years I've by necessity found ways to adapt to controlling my A1c.

Sweet potatoes give less rise to my blood glucose than regular potatoes.
