I, too, am dubious of anything that can be seen as easily as the belt-mounted pouch at the center of discussion herein. After all, it's quite possible that an intended robber would actually see it as the store of valuables.
Thus, by wearing that pouch, you might turn yourself into a target of first opportunity as opposed to an observer who would lend aid to someone else by unzipping the case and extracting your weapon.
Disdaining "concealed" holsters that really aren't, I've gone completely to 5.11 Tactical S/S Holster Shirts which provides left and right underarm pouches that act as a holster.

Furthermore, your "rail" shape doesn't easily lend itself to concealing much of anything. I'm the same height but weigh +40 to yours.
My carry handgun alternates between a Llama .380 and a Star .380, the latter having been with me since 1971, my first backup weapon, the former a newer acquisition of about 4 months.
To me, and professionally so in the past, the point of concealing anything whatsoever is to undertake a guise that under ordinary circumstances or conditions does not allow a hidden item to be seen by others. Thus, I went "small" with the .380, but at the insistence of more senior members who had far more knowledge on the subject than I when at that particular time in life.
The 5.11 tactical T says it'll carry a .45 auto and I tend to agree with that thought but can imagine it being accomplished by only a relative few.
In addition to the 5.11, I wear shirts that have some built-in slack, such as a multi-pocket Columbia, but suggest you consider buying one-size larger than usual to be certain of providing slack in the underarm areas on BOTH sides of the shirt for a balanced look. You might be able to buy (or might already have) an "outdoors" shirt and be able to stay in your usual size. BUt the key ingredient is to stay "balanced."
I've been carrying daily in the above-described manner since becoming aware of the 5.11 shirt and no one has voiced any thoughts whatsoever of me carrying: whether bank, a gun store I frequent, the Post office (tell no one!) or anywhere else.
I would've very much appreciated that 5.11 shirt long before now.
Good luck.
