Best rubber j frame grip

I have been looking ever since I bought my 442 in August of last year for a two-finger grip that covers the backstrap.
I have a Pachmyar three finger that makes the Airweight reasonably comfortable to shoot, but the longer girp makes it harder to pocket carry.
Anybody ever seen anything like this? I'd think they would sell like hotcakes if anyone made them.

Now that I am retired I go to the range pretty often and I shoot J-Frames a lot! I have converted all my snubbies over to Hogue Bantam Boot Grips. They really suck up the recoil and aren't much bigger than the old Uncle Mikes. I like that they are one-piece also.

Why yes, the ticket you're looking for is actually made by Taurus (say it ain't so  )

I love these grip on my J's. You have to drill a small hole for the frame cross pin - which is a 5 min job.

How much smaller is the compac professional from the standard compac!??

I bought one and took it off two minutes after I put it on. I will have to dig through the junk stocks box when I go home. The nice thing about it is that it adds some bulk to the front of the grip similar to how a Tyler T grip fills in that area. The bad was the super sticky rubber, very thin sides, and adds a round bottom. It felt terrible in my hand. I thought about just trying to cut off the bottom but I didn't like how thin it was. And the rubber it was made from felt much softer than the regular Compac model. I bought the Sile rubber grip offered by CDNN and thank goodness it was dirt cheap. It also resides in the bottom of that same box. I do want to second how comfortable the Taurus stock is. I have a 605 which is the Taurus version of a Model 60. I have fired up to Golden Saber ammo in it and it is still manageable. I know GS is not a max velocity load though. I have no idea who is making the new version of S&W J frame stocks but they seem to be made of Santoprene but they aren't a direct copy of the Uncle Mikes. Visually they are similar but that is all. The little Hogue Bantam is decent enough but I prefer a stock to cover the back of the grip frame. I read an article in one of the gun rags about a stock that held four extra cartridges in it but that seems to have fizzled out. After looking at it the first think I thought was why don't they make it a boot grip and have the fifth cartridge in the front part of the grip??? As long as the fit wasn't too crazy I would think that would be a brilliant stock. I believe it was milled from two pieces of aluminum. It wouldn't be the fasted reload though so maybe that's what killed it.

My wife does okay with the factory CT grips, they cover most of the back strap and are spungey rubber at the top and thin plastic on the sides. She won't shoot +P with a 642 Airweight though and 100 rounds per session is the limit. She can't hide the bigger rubber grips very well.
