Received this e-mail today from TargetSportsUSA.com.

I will admit that I read in another forum that they played this game. Now I know for sure to stay away from them:

Legitimate dealers will not usually charge your card until the order is up and ready to ship.

To be fair, they do have a popup info flag stating due to high volume, they will take 13 to 16 days to even process your order, and it may be 2 to 3 weeks before you recive it. Due to the current misinformation being spread by anti-2A propagandists, folks have lost their minds and are ordering up insane amounts of ammo in preparation for that Armageddon in their heads...I simply call them up, verify stock of what I want, and have them take my order over the phone. :)

I had a similar thing happen with Discount Ammo in November. Got a good deal on some 22LR and some 7.62x25. Federal 510 for $16/500 and the 7.62x25 for $14/50. Got an e-mail saying the order was voided because the products ordered appeared to be damaged. Things happen, you have insurance, fill the order at a later day. Not going to happen, I asked. I got a credit on my account, no harm no foul. Were they losing money on the deal so they voided it? On their behalf, to this day they have neither of those products in stock.

Target Sports is owned by CDNNsports.com, if I'm not mistaken.

CDNN's website wasn't searchable the last time I looked, and had a big disclaimer about shipping delays, etc.

PS - just checked again and it is searchable again but looks like very limited inventory on hand. The particular model of Browning HiPower mags that I wanted that were in their last catalog aren't listed online.
