Own a BG380 and it fires like a champ with the two factory Mags that I have but not at all with Promag 10 round Magazines. I have to rack the slide after every shot to load the next round and this is true with both Mags. Wrote to Promag about this issue and am waiting for a reply.

Just curious if anyone else who purchased them had issues.

I do have the Galloway trigger kit installed. Yes, I clean, lube and service my gun after each trip to the range. Went to the range yesterday and shot off 250 rounds of Perfecta 380 ammo with no issues at all. Only with the Promag 10 round Mags which wouldn't feed properly.

You get what you pay for in mags. Promags have a history of not being anything too reliable. Curious, did the gun eject the fired round?

Yeah, sorry you found out the hard way. Just buy the S&W branded for S&W pistols, and be sure you have all you want before they are discontinued.

I've tried several Pro Mags and either returned them or installed a Wolff spring. I actually like their 1911 8-round magazine with Wolff spring better than the Kimber standard magazine.

Smith and Wesson BG 380 mags can be had for pretty cheap...around $14 for the most part. I understand wanting more capacity, but sticking with factory mags since they are so cheap is the best way to go. And it's much easier to carry the standard factory sized mags in my pocket for backup.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll just dispose of them. To answer fallhunter's question, yes it would eject the round but not load the next.

Probably 10 yrs ago I bought a couple of proMags for our Beretta 92s. After the first trip to the range, I took them home and smashed them w/ a hammer.

Just want to finalize this post. I am the original poster which was posted on 10-02-2016. Pro Mag customer service never replied to my query about the malfunction of the 2 each 10 round magazines I purchased for my BG380. Terrible support and I highly recommend that you do not purchase any items manufactured or distributed from them. If I purchased those items from Amazon, my review would have been - 5 stars. Unfortunately that review rating is not supported by Amazon. The items were purchased from Sportsman Guide but I would think that Pro Mag would have the decency to reply back to my query.
End of story.

Sorry, you found out the hard way. Friends don't let friends buy Pro Mags. As a side note, they do make good targets. ;)
