Of course we know when it was produced 
. The Shadow (named for 'only the Shadow knows') first appeared in Bianchi's '76/'77 catalog (or else the 'new' legend was forgotten where it appears in the '78 catalog). The mark on your holster suggests it was made very early in that process; the company changed to a far more complex embossed mark (that was is stamped with a mallet) for all its products by 1980-ish.
