Bianchi Shoulder Holster Question

I'm looking at a vintage #17 380 auto holster. Does anyone know of a size chart? I can't find anything on it. I want it for a Makarov. I imagine if it fits a Walther PP, it would be ok.

It kind of looks like the #124 cross draw design adapted to a shoulder harness; possibly a mid to late 1980’s design as it is not in the 1983 catalog. Back then the Walther PP/PPK/PPKs and the Mauser HSc were the most popular small autos. If you could compare your gun to those models you might have a clue if it works for you.

Here is a 124 CD with a Walther PP and a S&W 30-1 3” barrel.

I believe that the model 17 .380 holster worked with most .380 auto pistols. I no longer have the one that I had. I did not try a 3" J or I frame in it while I had it or I would probably still have it.

Thx for the info, that's very helpful! Looking back, the Walther and Mauser were about it, along with Walther copies. Those were simpler times.

There were the Beretta Puma/Jaguar models back then too. The Browning 1910/55 models as well were still common, as were the 1903/1908 Colt pistols. I had a couple of Remington 51’s back then too.

It was developed for the Bond era and the 380 autos of the period especially the Walther PP and PPK . I won a little prize for naming it the "Right Guard" for underarm protection. The company's trademark attorney went nuts, certain to hear from the makers of the deodorant but of course, even he should have known that gun products and personal products are registered in different trademark classes.
