1) No I do not even frequent the Rez
2) Two officers in an unmarked vehicle, both showed their credentials. The guy that did most of the talking was FBI. As near as I can figure out my response upset a highly placed figure with the tribe or worse his wife. Tribal police have no jurisdiction off Rez, we have reservations all around us as well as their casinos which are also considered Tribal Property and fall under their jurisdiction. The Kalispel Trible Police must have enough juice to get an FBI officer motivated to leave the building. I cooperated but have little to any real interest into why they felt the need to question me about an inane post I made.

Yeah I completely get that one can make any bullet subsonic, what I was getting at was that in order to function the action of a semi auto you need enough energy to extract and reload the next round. I've fooled around with everything and was pleased when I could get my Model 52 to function fire 148gr. full wadcutters and drop the spent rounds right at my feet. 3.0gr. of Titegroup was the magic for me. Now I'm trying to stabilize 110gr. 6.8 bullets out of a blown out .22 Hornet cartridge (270 REN)...not much published out there but trial and error is the name of the game. I've got a load right now that seems to be working well with 8.0grs of H-110.
I would really like to know how someone you don't know could take a comment about super/sub sonic ammunition and interpret it as a 'threat' to the point that they call the tribal police, who then have to team up with the FBI to hunt you down about said comment. I mean, I've heard of WOKE BS, Karens and all that. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that our society has degenerated to that degee.

It was the most innocuous statement, has me baffled as well. I got the drift that it wasn't very important from the FBI guy, he basically told me they had to follow up on the complaint and I didn't want to go into the details, the Tribal guy was shuffling his feet and commented that he does the same thing, spoiling movies with "They didn't have that lever action in those years." Neither of them seemed very serious, I talked with a buddy of mine that is a Fed. He told me things are really getting crazy. He's attached to Prosecuting Attorney's office.
Big brother will only investigate if you're not on the protected list.

Nope. I suspect it is more related to the sissification of society and a plentitude of people who think they should display their ignorance.
