Do the BDM X-Forms seat in M&P 15-22s, or are they made specifically for the Sig 522 only? Thanks.

No, they will not.
X-form mags are made for AR-15 22 conversions, Keltec su16 (what ever the model is called), Sig522 and a few more.

I think the only mags that work with the 15-22 are S&W, Plinker Tactical, and ProMag.
And depending on who you ask "work" is a relative term. Stick with S&W mags if you can, they tend to be the most reliable.
