I would love to see a blued steel S&W 500. Sure, stainless is easier to take care of. But blued steel is fine if you are not too lazy to clean your guns. And it just looks a lot better. Getting sick of everything being stainless.
I owned a M500 4" once. While I love blued guns, I'd think the finish would be quickly trashed by firing just a few cylinders through it. A lot of powder being burned, high pressure and a lot of flash around the cylinder gap and around the compensator.
