I have read several and they vary in their entertainment value. I did enjoy "The Third Bullet". Especially since I have a friend that loves 264 Win Mags. BTW, in the book the author had the intro date for the cartridge as 62 then it was 58.
Stephen Hunter is one of my favorite writers and he does a very good job with his understanding of guns, hunters, shooters, and poor Southern men of the Vietnam era for sure!
I finished it this afternoon. just wondered how many were still into that series. the third bullet is quite thought provoking and offers an excellent theory of the jfk shooting.
It was OK. I guess I'm getting a little tired of stories whose suspense hangs on telling things out of chronological order (two time lines, in this case).
