I bought a Solis trigger from Galloway Precision. They have a great video showing how to swap out the trigger. My issue is that when reinstalling the sear block I must have done something wrong because everything kind of fell apart. Unlikely right? It happened though. And while I take full responsibility, I have no clue how I caused it. Does anyone know of some tutorial or instruction that goes this deep into the disassembly/assembly process? Also I managed to lose a tiny detent that holds the (ejector?) in place. A source for small parts for this gun would be helpful as well.

I'm not sure, but perhaps Galloway Precision could provide some additional help and support over the phone with respect to your installation issues. They may also carry spare parts, since this sort of thing happens regularly. (lost/damaged internal parts)
What sort of advantage is there in installing a Galloway trigger in the BG 2.0 ? The factory trigger in my 2.0 seems a bit light to me, but I'm an "old" revolver guy.

I'm a Glock guy. Glocks are made to be fiddled with. Easy to take down and reassemble. Simple design. Lots of 3rd party parts. Lots of video documentation for how to do it. I wish the BG2.0 had all of that but it does not. So I treat the BG2.0 as a gun to check out (shoot enough to verify ammo), put in a pocket holster, and leave it alone. The BG2.0 plays the role of concealed carry and back-up gun very well. It does that better than any Glock.
