Booger shows off her Easter hairdo!

As some of you may recall, our nearly-two-year-old dog we nick-named "Booger" had never had a haircut. This is her "before" picture:

During this sequestration, my wife decided to try her hand as a hairdresser for her. Booger was thrilled! She could see again!

I decided to take a picture of her this morning, and asked her to say "Happy Easter" to you all. Here she is today!

Her given name is Corey, short for "Corazon," the Spanish word for "heart." My wife's starry-eyed idea, not mine.

When we first saw a picture of her, my reactive comment was "She sure is a cute little booger."

And she was even cuter in person. I kept referring to her as our cute little booger, and the nickname stuck. She will respond to either name, or "Stop that!"

My wife is cutting my hair tomorrow. I can only hope that I come out looking that good. Of course, booger had more going for her to begin with than I do.

Booger's good. I have a friend (forum member but won't mention his name) that has a Yorkie named Fuzzy Butt. And a Macaw named Pecker.

My wife cuts my hair whenever I need it. I keep it short and tight. Worn it like that since Carter was President.

Do not let anyone tell you you can cut your own hair. I now look like a tennis ball, I have some fuzz. I worked my way down to the fuzz after about half and hour. It was a interesting process. I slipped here a and uneven line there all the while thinking I am getting it, then I looked at the back of my head with a mirror. I looked like I had mange. It's all better now, yes who am I kidding, a gray tennis ball.
