Box question - M&P

Hi all - hope this is the right forum..

I have a question on S&W boxes - specifically the solid double line blue types as pictured - from a M&P snub..

when were these used? I assume '57 or so between the gold and single solid blue, correct?

It's a very good box, but, can you post a picture of the bottom, and the ends. Is there a serial number written on the bottom?
