Brass Exchange Purchase?

Has anyone purchased brass from the Brass Exchange LLC?
Ordered 9mm brass 3/9 and have not heard anything. Cannot log into my account-call is a recorded message. Did not reply to my message. order was payed by PayPal and accepted by
Brass Exchange.

I haven't done any business with them myself, but I'm aware of them through another forum. They have a good reputation with the members that have bought from them.

Many companies are simply overwhelmed with orders now. It ain't an excuse for not responding to their customer's contacts, but it has order processing and shipping of orders at a snails pace.
