I thought I'd pass along a discovery I made when I ordered a brass plate for my pet's gravestone. This 3" X 1/2" thick brass plate evidently was designed for horse halters, but could be used for your gun case or other uses. I ordered mine without holes but they can be had with nail or rivet holes also. They're well done and the folks at Haltertag are friendly and quick to respond. Just thought you might find a use for these. They sure beat those laser engraved plates from the trophy stores! Find them online or call 859-226-9084. I think they're in KY. Pardon the poor photo...these tags are polished brass.
