WOnder whta the maker of BB bullets are for that 200 gr. load. I have some .45 AR with 200 g.r SWC @ 1,025 FPS. Close in recoil to Double Tap .45 ACP +P 200 gr. Gold dots rated at 1125 fps. for the 200 gr. SWC I use I have to get out the Lewis Lead remover kit for the bore now and again.

Before you go and get too excited about this load, be aware that the 200 GDHP projectile has shown some very erratic expansion performance in factory .45 ACP loads. It may not be the best choice out there for a defense load.

You may be right, but the AR load is a full 200 FPS, or some 20% faster. That's a big difference in a handgun load when it comes to expansion.
