I'm putting together a AR pistol that I want to use a Gear Head 9" buffer tube and a Tailhook MOD 1 brace on.
I have a couple carbine buffer's and springs in a parts box, but the carbine buffer tube is only 8 inches long.
Wonder if it would work or if I should make a 1" spacer to go in the end of the 9" buffer tube?
