Any Forum members who would like to join in the fun, we will be hosting our annual "Bullets & Brats" at the end of the month. Saturday, May 30th.
We are using my range/grill for the event (see pics). We are located just north of Kansas City, near Smithville, MO (just 10 miles east of KCI Airport)
We had a great turnout last spring and hope we will meet many new friends and greet many who have been out here before.
The day will begin at or around 9:30am. We will shoot handguns in the morning through mid afternoon. We move back to the 50/100 yard benches in the later afternoon in case some folks wish to shoot some rifles.
I provide the brats and buns. Participants are asked to bring a side dish or dessert.
We provide water and iced tea. If you want pop etc., bring a cooler (no alcohol).
We break around noon to eat (we REALLY like those participants who bring a home-made side dish...no, a bag of chips don't qualify as home-made!)
LOTS of fun people, cool guns to shoot (most of us share) and great fellowship! Expect several tables full of guns!
We will have two range officers on hand throughout the day. Safety is #1. Please, no children under 12. This is not a babysitting outing, we are not interested in watching your kids while you shoot.
Bring a spouse or other buddy if you like...BUT...be sure to e-mail me with your intentions so that I can pick up enough brats and buns.
And for those who are little "thick" between the ears, brats = bratwurst, not evil children so there is no need to send this thread into space with dozens of evil children replies!
