Cabelas HSM JHP any good?

Been thinking about buying 300-600 rounds of these the price seems good but do they shoot very clean?

What caliber are we talking about? I've used it in .22 magnum and it was pretty dirty, but so is most rimfire ammo.

I put 300 .38Spl HSM LSWCs downrange a couple years ago and don't remember them being overly dirty or exceptionally clean, but the cases were both bare brass and nickle plated with several different headstamps and a few were marked +P.

The cases reloaded okay, but found a place that sold .38Spl LSWC loaded in new Starline brass for 3 cents less per round, so I didn't buy any more HSM.

I have shot this ammo many years ago in 44 Magnum and 38 Spl. It was fine, but was a bit dirty, As you can tell from JohnnieB's post, this is reloaded on once fired brass, not factory ammo.
