I can't find any examples matching it perfectly but I'm going to guess it's some type of Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg.

Bentley, not sure of the year.

Maybe not, I give up.......Grill don't look Bentley like...

I don't think it is a bentley, the grilles have sort of a "brow" at the top. I think it is something European, most likely French.

The amber headlights would indicate European, but the steering wheel on the left would indicate American, so I dunnow.

cramsey got it !

The car is one of two "Ruger Specials",
designed and built by William B. Ruger, of firearms fame.

It has a 427 ford engine with 4-speed tranny. He wanted to build
and sell them in 1970 for $13,000 - $17,000 depending on options
and body style. He ran into so much government red tape that he
said to heck with the idea. The two prototypes are in his son's
garage in Prescott, AZ, along with a few others remaining out of
WBR's collection. After Bill died, the tax folks wanted to use
their own estimates of the collection which were sky-high (they
wanted as much of the estate as they could get). Finally, Bill,
Jr. and his sister sold off the collection so as to get a
real-world valuation. The "Ruger Specials" were not sold, however.
