Can i add a red dot scope like the Vortex Venom to my M&P pro 9mm

Like it says, can i? I do not have the CORE or the PC...just the standard M&P pro.

There are some dovetail mounts that slide into the rear sight dovetail. I have not used them. I had mine milled at L&M precision gun works. They did a great job.
