I want to shoot cast bullets in my new M&P. Planning on using the RCBS 124 gr TC in front of some 231.

My question is: are any of you shooting cast bullets in an M&P 9 with good results, and what are you sizing them...356 or 357?

Yep, lead works

I have been shooting both the bullet you have and the Lee 125 grain Tumble Lube. They work just great. I size to .355 on the RCBS and leave them unsized for the Lee, they come out about 357. I also use the Tumble Lube ones as cast in 38 special.

I've been using 5 grains of Unique in the 9mm. I haven't found anything my M&P 9c doesn't like, it's a great little gun and has become my full time summer CCW.

I shoot cast in my M&P 45, same bullets and loads as my XD 45 and 1911. Don't know if that helps or not but it's a M&P with a bigger barrel:)
