Casual 3-gun N-frame holster...

I am considering getting involved in some casual 3-gun matches in my area this summer and may use my 22-4. What would be a decent holster?

I did that one year for my heavy metal setup. I used a kydex holster. If I recall, it was a bladetech.

Blade Tech and Comp Tac are currently the most popular in kydex for the N frame. Blackhawk makes a cheaper but serviceable injection molded holster.
The holsters made from kydex sheets are generally more expensive and a bit more durable.
