I just got an email flyer from CDNN. It listed a:

Mitchell Double Action ·9mm · Hard Chrome · Rare South African CZ99 Design Black Accents ·DA/SA · 2 Sight Sets (Fixed & Adjustable) · 1-15rd & 2-10rd Mags #MIT240092 $349.99

What is it? Anybody got any reviews, pictures, info, etc?

Looks like a Sig P series. If you owned this, I wonder what you would do if the pistol required replacement parts.

That's a rebranded TZ-99 from Tressitu, a South African gun manufacturer. It's basically a South African copy of a Serbian copy (CZ-99) of a Sig-Sauer P226.

A slightly updated version (the CZ-999) was offered on the US market by Charles Daly as the ZDA or Zastava Double Action:

While Sig P226 parts most likely wouldn't be interchangeable, you may be able to use CZ-99 or CZ-999 part from Zastava Arms for repairs down the road.

Note: In this case, the CZ stands for "Crvena Zastava" the Yugoslavian/Serbian arms and automotive manufacturer. It has no connection to the Czech arms manufacturer CZ or Ceska zbrojovka, known for the CZ-75 family of handguns.

Good looking gun. Are they any good? Trigger, accuracy, durability? Very attractive price. I'd like to know more about them.

CDNN has a new Sig 2022 for less money. I would buy that!

+1, but they're actually $50 more.

$399 for Sig reliability and quality, two high cap magazines, night sites, and a warranty

vs.

$349 for a manufacturer that most people have never heard of, one high cap magazine, questionable parts availability, no warranty service, and unknown quality.

I remember seeing reviews on these years ago and they were all favorable though not stellar.

It was going for about $325 at the time.
