Change in Ohio CCW renewal forum

The last time I renewed my CCW permit in Ohio, I remember if you had lived in the same place since your permit was issued you didn't have to list all your addresses back to the time you were 18, now that seems to have changed, and they are asking for the complete list again. Am I wrong about this, or has the forum for renewal change in the last few years.

How the hell are you supposed to remember that? I must have lived in 4-5 different places in colege alone?

Did you download the PDF forum from the AG's office? The forum I'm seeing
seems to indicate they want all old address back to 18 years of age..

I went into the Delaware Sheriffs unprepared outside of an appointment and as requested a new photo. They waited while I filled out a form and made the comment that prior addresses where not necessary.

I think (!) that if you renew at the same county, you don't need all the addresses, but I renewed at the next county and needed everything, including my cc class paperwork. When we took our class, the instructor insisted on our keeping copies of all our paperwork. For fear of future denial of permit due to "Document Irregularities", if we added or deleted an address on the list. I get/got the forms in advance and pre-filled them out based on my original records. Ivan

Wow, addresses back to 18 years old? Do they want the three places I lived while stationed in Holland too?

I could do a lot, but never provide all of them.
