Are the hammers and triggers caliber specific? I want to put wide ones on my Lew Horton 3 inch 610-2 and Numrich Arms doesn't list everything I need for it, but I found some in the Model 57. These are no longer available direct from S&W.

I'm kinda getting ahead of myself here, but I ran into a wall and need some more info before I proceed any further. I know a good gunsmith who can install them for me.

Not sure what you mean. The 57 and 610 are both n frames. Do you mean these hammers within the n frame class are different?

As the 57 and 610 are on the "N" frame, you can use a Model 57 hammer in the Model 610.
The triggers for the "K", ""L", and "N" frames are the same.

Brownell's may have them also, or Midway too.

Thanks. That's what I need to know. Now I just need to get the dash series correct. My 610-2 has the enhanced cylinder bolt stop, or whatever it's properly called. Also the firing pin is in the frame and it has no ignition key, a big plus in anybody's book.
