I have absolutely no idea who made this knife as there are NO markings on it whatsoever. Probably made that way for CIA Black Ops to be untraceable
. In comparing it to marked Phrobus knife, the quality of the two appear to be very similar with the handle on this one being slightly smaller. The blades are identical. The webbing is not of the quality but still very serviceable. There are no nicks scrapes or abrasions on the knife or sheath except for a little wear on the ring. I honed the blade on a very very fine stone, and it is extremely sharp. The stone has not been used. Here is an opportunity to own an M9 for less than 1/2 price. $60.00 OBO shipped.
