Choices for Child Hearing Protection Help

I have a 2 year old grandson, and his father is beginning a new season of Moto Cross at one of the local tracks.

We are looking for options better then having him plug his ears with his fingers, he seems to not care for the ear plugs and keeps tossing them.

Thinking ear muffs would do the trick.

Will any ear muffs work, any suggested reasonably priced (under $30) Muffs out there?
