Visited three stores to see if any supplies showed up on the shelves
that I might buy for friends and myself, to wrap and put under the tree.

The Sporstman's had a new shipment of Maglula Uplula 9mm mag loaders, that came in so I picked one up for a family member. There best 9mm bullets were 1,000 for $189.97, so I passed.
The second store did not have any powder or primers on sale and their best 1,000 9mm Berry's went for $116.99

Finally opened the doors at Cabela's and strolled down the bullet isle. They had 100 Hornady 30 cal 150 fmj BT for 29.98, that I almost bought but I left them on the shelf.

However I did pick up the last two, 500 round boxs of 9mm 124 RN plated that they had from X-treme and managed to get out the doors with 1,000 bullets at a total of $97.42 :D

Stopped down town at the mall and bought five one pound boxs of See's candy to give to the familys from tonight until the Christmas day gathering.

Have a Merry Christmas, everyone.

Got some 10MMs to load for now, thought I ought to get some inexpensive plated bullets for range/practice purposes... Already had some Xtreme 165gr HPCB supposedly good for 1500 fps!

Cabelas shipped me 750 Berrys 165gr RNFPs and 100 Starline 10MM brass for $96 and change: this was in TWO separate boxes, and with 2-day FREE $HIPPING! I don't know how they can afford to do this and still stay profitable?

Merry Christmas to All!

P.S. A little bird told me now (before 2024) was a good time to stock up on powder and primers... AGAIN!
