I was just listening to some Christmas songs on the computer and there are two,if they don't make you tear up,you just ain't human.Even if you are the manliest of men. They are My Grown Up Christmas Wish -Amy Grant and Where Are You Christmas- Faith Hill. How about it.Will anyone else admit it? Someone who knows how, post the links. What are your favorite Christmas songs?

As I get older I find I like Christmas music more, here are some of my top choices from the old i Pod:
"The Christmas Song" Mel Torme
"Baby It's Cold Outside" Ray Charles and Betty Carter
"Joseph, Who Understood" The New Pornographers (once your over the name of the band, it's a great song about what must have been going through his mind...)

And any cut off of Canadian singer songwriter Bruce Coockburn's album "Christmas"

looked up the "Joseph" song...not a fan. Joseph was visited by an Angel. He knew.

As for a song that will put "something" in your eye...
Mary did you know - I like Randy Travis' version.

New Star Shining duet by Ricky Skaggs and James Taylor

And the classics
O Little Town of Bethlehem
O Holy Night
O Come All Ye Faithful

All the "O" songs

I only ever heard it once about 10 years ago, but Garth Brooks did a Christmas song set in either WWI or WWII where both sides stopped fighting for just that evening and sang "Silent Night" together across the battle field. Wish I could find that one cuz it's a good one. Never heard it since.....

Just did a little looking around, I think the name of the song is "Belleau Wood"......

Yep, found it on Youtube, look up Garth Brooks-Belleau Wood. Good Christmas song....
