Considering a Model 1911a1 Citadel .45acp Pistol.
Anyone have one?

I seem to recall these when they first came out. I got to handle one and it looked nicely made and had a nice trigger.

I bought an officer model sized Citadel 1911 and carried it for a year or so. I bought it with low expectations for $300 but it proved to be very reliable and well made.

I've found Armscor guns to be good buys. Lower cost yet reliable.

Looks to be made of the same parts that go into Rock Island Armory 1911 clones.
