Clay Dot powder

Just an update regarding Clay Dot powder.
I e-mailed Alliant with a request for hand gun data and the tech guy replied that they will be testing soon and publishing data shortly therafter. He did say that they expect that the results will be about the same charge size as Clays.
I told him that I will try a light load of 2.8 gr's of Clay Dot with a 158 gr LSWC bullet and see how it goes. This is the starting load for Clays.

Thanks for the info! I like Clay Dot for 12 ga target loads, and suspected that it would be a useful handgun powder like the other "Dots".
