Where could I find the cleaning rod, swab, and screwdriver that were packed in the early model 29 mahogany cases and other new Smiths?

The mahogany case was introduced in 1958 so there are several variations of sight screwdriver, brush, and swab from that time until the presentation case was discontinued in 1985. Can you be more specific as to the timeframe?
