Cleveland Area Police Question

In August 2014 I bought a S&W 4516 from Standard Law Enforcement in Willoughby, OH. I read about their availability in the Sig Forum. Supposed to have been tradeins from Eastlake or some city with lake in the name. I have since checked the forum several times but the thread is gone. I called Standard today and the business was sold in July of 2016. No help there.

So does anyone in NE Ohio know of a department in the area which would have traded 4516s in 2013-14 time frame. Seems to me that dept. would have been among the last to carry third generation S&Ws. I am considering a police S&W display at the NEO Bunch on 4/22. Probably too late for a letter, which might only state delivery to a distributor in any case.

Any recollections?

I just got my .32-20 lettered about 2 weeks after sending app and check. I was surprised at the speed. Can't help on the other stuff, maybe Westlake?

Or Lakewood. That's a large dept.

Westlake, Eastlake, and Lakewood all large burbs with professional well equipped departments in close proximity to Cleveland. Also Avon Lake, Sheffield Lake, Geneva -on- the-Lake, Mentor-on-the-Lake, and Timberlake. I know we have a number of members who are ex law officers in this area, they might be along shortly to definitely answer this.
