I'll be nice. Lets just say I'm very "disappointed" with him. After a few PM's and talking to him in person twice on the phone, three weeks later no check, no calls, nothing. Use caution and don't get your hopes up too high that the transaction will ever be completed. Just move along to the next buyer. Lots of very nice people to work with on this site, don't waste time with him.
