Colt logo

Since a Colt is a baby horse and there is a Rampant Colt on the side of my DS, I always assumed that the C in the logo was a horseshoe...I only recently noticed it is shaped like a snake. Doh!

I think it is a Eel, back when he was making underwater mines he was terrified of them.

This made me google it. If it is a snake it is very stylized.

Horses on the side plates of guns named after snakes....the whole thing is confusing!
