Loss of vision dictates the end of most shooting for me. It also makes it really difficult for me to master the posting of pictures--if you're interested in one of the following, I will try to get pictures to you:
1. Colt Match Target Competition HBAR WITHDRAWN flattop w/ removeable rear siGht/carry handle. 20" barrel Recessed barrel crown. Mag well stamped.223; barrel stamped 5.56. Produced during the 1994 ban; serial number CCH015873. The small department for which I was an auxiliary officer required officers to provide their own weapons. I bought this new, qualified twice with it and put it in the safe as too heavy for a patrol rifle. Comes with Colt magazines--2 ea. 10-rd; 2 ea. 20-rd, and 2 ea. 30-round; sight and muzzle protectors, and sling. FFL to FFL, shipped: $900.
2. S&W 66-1: NIB 6" *SOLD* barrel SN 109Kxxx Bought new in 1981 and never fired by me. $1,200 SOLD
3. Remington 541-S with Weaver K4 scope: safe queen for past 40 years. Remarkably good finish with few visible dings. $1,200 shipped.
4. Colt 1991A1 matte stainless NIB $1,000
5. S&W pre-15 Combat Masterpiece in correct (but really beaten up) 6" Gold M&P box w/ blue on white Combat Masterpiece end label. Some muzzle wear from carrying; does not appear to have been fired much. Grips numbered to gun. $1,000 shipped.
**I reserve the rights to decline to do business with any person, to give priority to FTF cash sales if legal in Illinois, and to give preference to members whose participation is substantially more than buy/sell posts.
Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer when the item is placed with the shipping carrier by my FFL.
My computer is ~ 15 years older than the phones taking the pictures; appears to be an indigestion problem, in addition to my having difficulty seeing the keyboard and screen. If you provide a phone # SWMBO may be able to text you with photos.
