Colt Mk IV Government Model Series 70 9m/m

Had this 15yrs have not fired. No box or papers. No finish wear/scratches. Has been fired. Carbon residue on rail. Not pulled slide. Looked on GB but only Commander '76 this vintage. Appreciate thoughts on value and other info this model.
