It looks like there's some thinning/edge wear near the front of the slide. One photo isn't enough to offer a value...

High condition post-war National Match pistols with the box and papers have been bringing $2500-$3000+ for some time. That one won't...

A 63 version will be Much Better than todays versions. Not knowing the asking price IMHO any$$ under $2K would be a Very good deal. All depends if you want to shoot it or just a safe King. I would shoot it as guess no box and paper work?

Provided the gun has no hidden flaws, and is all original, I would also feel comfortable at 2k. For me, it would be a high quality shooter, I am not a collector. I have a slightly newer early series 70 version with the collet bushing, and they are nice pistols.

I've seen cherry, Series 70 GCNM sans box going for $1500 to $2200, with Coltguard versions going for about $3K+. I imagine a cherry, pre series 70 example could bring more than $2k, if you find the right buyer.
