Just got my new MTAC and put it on and I must say that for an Inside the waistband holster it is the best one I have ever tried, if I didn't have to take my pants off at night I would sleep with it on, it is that comfortable!

Yes they are pricey but so is buying a holster that you do not really like, and I have a drawer full of them. Ankle holsters, shoulder holsters, another wrap around for appendix carry and many hip or belt holsters, pocket holsters for a subcompact Glock26 as well as for a Kel-TecPF9.

Do yourself a favor and buy yourself one of these great but expensive holsters and you will be as happy as I am with the purchase as well as the wait which was about a week to the day, great holster from great people as far as I am concerned!

Agreed! I've long been a leather snob, but I let a buddy talk me into buying one form my Glock 19. Superb holster! The MTAC is now my go to holster when I need an IWB.

Agreed a quality holster makes all the difference and there are several good holster makers out there too. Comptac is one of the best.

I have 2 M-Tacs for both my Glocks. I love them both. After I bought the new M&P I thought I'd try something new. I bought the Galco King Tuk. I like it. It has metal belt clips. It is comfortable to wear and only cost $50. It's worth a look.....:)

MTAC is my choice for my 40c. The plastic belt clips are preferable to the metal clips in my opinion. They are less visible. Especially when the color matches your belt. My wife suggested covering a set with denim. Then they will look like beltloops. Haven't tried it yet but the idea has merit.

I tried both the MTAC and CTAC. I think the C offers a little faster draw due to the slicker all kydex rather than the leather/kydex hybrid, but the M is more comfortable. And thankfully since I carry my sidearm more than I draw it, I sold the C model.
My other IWB is a Milt Sparks VM2. The MTAC is as comfortable, costs lots less and I can have it within a week. Last I heard, the VM2 had a several month waiting list.

I think your wife is a GENIUS!!!

She could sew up little denim tubes we could slide over our clips... She could sell them by the thousands! Or a package of tan, denim and dark blue sleeves.
Clip Sleeves.
Cammo Clip.
Blend Sleeves. Hey, call them 'Blenders'.

They would also protect a $100 belt from the metal edge of some holsters.

Clip Socks! :D

This is exactly what happened in my case also. My 45C, and my MTAC, and I'm good to go all day.
