I would love S&W to come out with something similar to the Keltec sub2000. A compact carbine that I could keep under the back seat of my truck that accepts the same mags as my EDC. That would be a real winner. Keltec is coming out with a gen2 sub 2000 in a M&P version. I will be buying one, but I wish it would be a S&W.

Me 2...in the meantime...

It's overpriced in the eyes of many but since the now
bulletproof firing pin redesign it's a totally reliable
platform...

Not foldable and a tad bit ugly...but it's on my must have
short list because they make receivers compatible with
popular pistol magazines AND in a variety of pistols calibers

Thureon really thinks a lot of their carbines. I think that may be a skilled purchase. For the money Hickok talks about yes. For the msrp on their website. Absolutely not.

I too like the Kel Tec, I have an original Sub 40 with the aluminum receiver... before they went to plastic.

Like this? These have been hard to find for years.

Thats the plastic version.. lots of those for sale all over, quick look at gunbroker and you could buy a dozen, 48 on the first page alone..3 pages worth... nice little carbine though.
