Yesterday the state house of representatives failed to pass a constitutional carry bill, LD660, by a vote of 74-73. all republicans voted for the bill except for one, Rep. Amy Volk from Scarborough. i would imagine her inbox will rather full this morning. we were so close. Maybe public perception is changing?
