Convert A Shoulder Rig To UTV/Golf Cart Mount??

I got an Uncle Mikes shoulder rig off eBay for $10,,
My 617 with Leupold EER optic is a perfect fit,,,

I want to convert it to a UTV/Golf Cart mount, as I frequently take a revolver with me when roaming the woods,,

Before I start, I thought it would be best to see if anyone has done such a conversion before,,

I have both a front rack, and the roof support to attach it to,,
Maybe even connect it to the dash somehow??

A little snip here,, a stitch there, Hmmmmm,,

Anyone have pic of such a thing??

You can do a good bit of creative things with tie-wraps and nylo straps with Velcro on the ends. I knew a LEO who wrapped ankle holsters around the steering column in his Jeep CJ5 and Ford P/U to hold his S&W J frame revolvers.
