I had been thinking about a Crosman 2240 and came across the Diana Airbug.
The 2240 is the small block Chevy of the CO2 pistol world but I really like the looks of the Airbug.
This may not be everyone’s cup o’ tea of course.
Seems to be the Diana Chaser in a wood stock.
I am not really interested in the convertibility to a carbine the Chaser offers but may have to look into fitting a moderator to it.
Around $100-$120.

Those are pretty cool. I've gotten a few airguns myself recently, but I tend to favor the "replica" type.

All of these are in CO2 BB. They all function just like the originals. Cylinders turn, cartridges eject, slides operate, etc.

Thompson submachine gun. Pride of the fleet. (Kimber Micro 9 for size comparison)

They mostly serve for grins and giggles, but they're fun to have. BB's and CO2 cartridges are pretty inexpensive.

They are and they function like the originals. Safeties work, in the case of the 1911, both thumb and grip. The slide release works, it disassembles (more or less) like a 1911. You load the BB's into the magazine, (which drops free with a push of the magazine release) which also holds the CO2 cartridge.

The revolvers use a brass cartridge that holds one BB (press in fit). You load them just like the originals. On the Colt open the loading gate, on the Schofield you break open the frame and use the same type cartridges. CO2 cartridges go into the grip.

The Thompson uses two CO2 cartridges, held in the magazine. You load 30 BB's into the front (of the magazine). It fires full or semi auto, selector switch in the normal position. It will empty a 30 round magazine in about the time it takes to say "Phffffffffffiiiiittttt." You can get about four magazines loads before you start to lose power.

They're a lot of fun.

Oh...they make a version of the "Model 29" with an 8 3/8" inch barrel. I think, like the Colt" it's a liscened by Smith and Wesson version. Looks VERY realistic. I'd have one now, but I'm holding out hoping they'll offer a shorter barrel. I think I have read they have a 6" version available in Europe, but not the US yet.
