I took my wife to shop for some new nurse threads today and they had a black T that said:

Laughter is NOT the best medicine
Morphine is

I have a very nice wooden pencil cup on my desk embossed with the Prozac logo on it. (old friend's hubby was a doctor, he got it from a salesman).

It's always amazed me how few people seem to notice; the ones that do usually burst out laughing and remark how appropriate it is for this office...
