Could use some help with the value of a couple of handguns

I have a couple of revolvers that are my safe queens I could use a little help on what their value may be. I am not looking to sell, just need an idea what they are worth. Any help would be appreciated.

1st gun is an original "Blood Work" UDR 627. It has maybe about 500 rounds through it and in excellent shape. I still have everything that originally came with the gun, including the presentation case.

2nd gun is a .22, Model 18-3. I have never fired this and from the looks of it, I am not sure it has ever been fired. Not a scratch on it, still in the original factory box.

My impression is the model 18 would bring at least $750, probably more to the right buyer. I'm not up on current early 627 UDR prices (haven't seen any sell recently) but i wouldn't be surprised with estimates in the high teens of hundreds, if that makes sense.
