Crimson Trace Laser and Shield Plus

Does anyone know if the LG-489G fits the new Plus model?


Since Smith & Wesson owns Crimson Trace, I would have thought that they would have the specs on the Plus at the same time as Smith & Wesson did. I couldn't find anything on the Crimson Trace website for any laser application, for the Plus.

Its says it doesnt fit the EZ so i doubt it fits the plus either being that its wider. I doubt there are many aftermarket parts out yet since the plus so new, but im speculating so someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Lg-489 does not fit the shield plus

I went ahead and ordered the lg-489 for my new Shield plus it does not fit. The trigger guard is a little bit wider than the normal shields.

Everything for the slide is the same as the regular shield models. I put on some trijicon HD night sights from a shield model and they fit fine

I moved a lg-489G from my Shield 1.0 straight over to the Plus and it fit fine. Not sure why it doesn't on yours
