I'm looking for something that I'm not sure if I've ever seen. I'd like to find a reverse-canted crossdraw holster for IWB carry for a J frame. I've seen OWB holsters, and IWB with the neutral cant, but I don't recall if I've ever seen one that is a dedicated crossdraw IWB. Anyone ever seen such a thing?

I have a "CHANGELING I.W.B." from Garrity's Gunleather that has an adjustable loop which performs exactly what you describe. The loop actually swivels on one of the screws, while the other screw acts as a set screw - letting you choose whatever cant you want as a strong side or crossdraw.

If you scroll down to the third holster on that page, you can see the holster (which, by the way, the left and right pictures are actually of my holster).

It is possible to make an IWB holster in the manner that you describe. The problem is that the grip of the revolver is jammed down at belt level, making it very difficult to get a good grip on the weapon during the draw. As a minimum this requires shifting the weapon in your hand to get a proper grip before you can engage a target.

Have you considered a holster mounted on/under a belly-band?
You can set up a holster at any height/cant, near the front or a little/lot
to the side. The only drawback is the initial grab. Some military style shirts
have quite a space between buttons, that'll allow easy access w/o
modifying the shirt with a small velcro closure.
An Uncle Mike's band with a Body Armor holster will work pretty well unless you're carrying a large or heavy firearm.
Just a thought, TACC1.
